JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales of all products by identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting the brand across various channels. The role involves executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of Emigoh Ghana Limited products in the market.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & LEAD GENERATION

·        Identify and pursue new business opportunities

·        Generate and qualify leads through various channels

·        Support market expansion initiatives

 

2.   CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

·        Respond to client inquiries and provide product information

·        Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

 

3.   SALES EXECUTION & TARGET ACHIEVEMENT

·        Implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets

·        Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities

·        Track personal performance against set KPIs

 

4.   PRODUCT PROMOTION & BRAND REPRESENTATION

·        Promote company products through direct and indirect channels

·        Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities

·        Represent the company professionally in all client interactions

 

5.   MARKET INTELLIGENCE & FEEDBACK

·        Monitor market trends and competitor activities

·        Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product performance

 

6.   TEAM COLLABORATION & SUPPORT

·        Work closely with internal teams to ensure service delivery

·        Support other sales team members when required

 

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

·        Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Basic sales and negotiation skills

·        Self-motivated and target-driven

 

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

·        Sales target achievement

·        Customer acquisition and retention

·        Conversion rates

·        Revenue growth contribution

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

·        Standard office hours with occasional extended hours

·        Combination of office and fieldwork
