JOB SUMMARY
The Driver is responsible for supporting the Sales Associate in driving sales of all products by identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting the brand across various channels. The role involves executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of Emigoh Ghana Limited products in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. DRIVING & TRANSPORTATION
· Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods and materials to designated locations.
· Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of products.
· Plan and follow the most efficient routes to minimize delays.
· Adhere to all road safety regulations and company driving policies.
2. SALES SUPPORT
· Assist Sales Associates in field sales activities and customer visits.
· Support the identification and development of new business opportunities.
· Help in promoting company products to customers.
· Contribute to achieving assigned sales targets and performance goals.
3. DELIVERY & LOGISTICS
· Transport and offload products safely and efficiently.
· Ensure accurate delivery of goods to customers and obtain necessary confirmations.
· Maintain proper documentation for deliveries and collections.
4. CUSTOMER RELATIONS
· Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
· Provide courteous and professional service at all times.
· Communicate customer feedback and market information to the Sales team.
5. VEHICLE MAINTENANCE
· Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, etc.).
· Ensure the vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
· Report any faults, damages, or servicing needs promptly.
· Keep accurate records of vehicle usage and maintenance.
6. COMPLIANCE & ADMINISTRATION
· Maintain valid driver’s license and required permits.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements.
· Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and expenses.
· Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
· Accuracy in delivery and documentation
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum of a valid driver’s license (class C).
· High School or Secondary Education
· At least 2–3 years of professional driving experience (commercial or company driving preferred).
· Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
