JOB SUMMARY

The Events Associate is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events to ensure seamless delivery and positive stakeholder experiences. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to manage logistics and engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    EVENT PLANNING & COORDINATION

·        Assist in planning and organizing events from concept to execution

·        Coordinate event timelines, schedules, and deliverables

·        Support venue selection, setup, and on-site coordination

 

2.   LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT

·        Handle event logistics including transportation, equipment, and materials

·        Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery

·        Ensure all event requirements are met efficiently

 

3.   STAKEHOLDER & CLIENT MANAGEMENT

·        Communicate with clients to understand event objectives and expectations

·        Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and partners

·        Provide updates and reports on event progress

 

4.   BRAND ACTIVATION & PROMOTION

·        Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities for events

·        Assist in executing brand activation strategies

·        Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints

 

5.   DIGITAL & EVENT MANAGEMENT INTEGRATION

·        Utilize event management tools and systems for planning and reporting

·        Assist with digital event platforms where applicable (virtual/hybrid events)

 

6.   TEAM COLLABORATION & SUPPORT

·        Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution

·        Provide on-site support during events, including troubleshooting

·        Contribute to a positive and proactive team environment

 

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

·        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

·        Basic knowledge of event planning and coordination

·        Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·        Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

WORKING CONDITIONS

·        May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on event schedules
